OBJECTIVES
- Review risks and benefits of
glucose control
- Discuss the mechanisms of
insulin resistance during perioperative period
- Describe management
strategies of achieving glucose targets in the perioperative
period
METHODOLOGY:
Lecture followed by question and answer session.
